Rescue Dog 3-3-3
The Rescue Dog 3-3-3 coaching program is an individual coaching program offered to owners who adopt a rescue dog. This custom program is based on the 3-3-3 rule for adopting a rescue dog. The 3-3-3 rule is a general guideline that represents the phases of a rescue dog or common milestones your new dog or puppy will go through… it is the first 3 days, 3 weeks, and 3 months after bringing your dog home from the shelter.
The 3-3-3 rule is also known as the “rescue dog honeymoon period.”

- Three 60-minute sessions @$410 total
- Note: If your coaching location is greater than 25 miles one way, we may charge an additional mileage flat fee.

How does this training work?
We meet with you within 3 days of adoption to evaluate your rescue dog and his/her environment, etc.
Within 3 weeks, we schedule our next meeting to coach and review progress with your rescue.
Within 3 months, we schedule our final coaching session with you to see how much your rescue has assimilated to his/her home.
What is included?
During the three months, the program includes:

- Evaluation history, medical etc.,
- How to introduce new food and acclimate to the new environment,
- The importance of giving the dog time and space,
- Other pets in the household – how to do intros, use of gates etc.,
- Crate training/safe spaces,
- Body language of the dog,
- New name and name game intro,
- Equipment needed – leashes, collars, harnesses, etc.,
- Each case will be different and unique based on each dog’s situation and environment.
